1.1 These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the company:

(hereinafter the “Seller”)
and customers (hereinafter the “Buyer”) when ordering and delivering custom-made sports jerseys and textiles (hereinafter the “goods”).
2.1 All goods are made to order according to the Buyer’s requirements — they are individually customised products.
2.2 Technical execution, sizes, graphics and the placement of logos and prints always follow the approved design.
2.3 Colour shades may differ slightly depending on the material and the printing technology — such a difference is not treated as a defect.
3.1 An order becomes binding when the Seller confirms it.
3.2 Production starts only after the final graphics / artwork have been approved and a deposit of 50% of the total price has been paid.
3.3 The Seller may refuse to produce designs that break the law, infringe copyright or are contrary to public decency.
4.1 The standard delivery time is 4–6 weeks from approval of the graphic design and payment of the deposit.
4.2 Express delivery is possible by agreement, with a possible surcharge.
4.3 The Buyer is informed in advance when the goods are sent; delivery is arranged by a contracted carrier or by personal collection.
5.1 Prices are agreed according to the quotation.
5.2 A deposit of 50% is payable before production starts. The balance is payable on personal handover or before the goods are sent.
5.3 The Seller may charge for additional changes compared with the approved design. Any extra cost is always announced in advance.
6.1 The Buyer is responsible for having the right to use logos, images and other designs supplied for production.
6.2 The Seller may use completed orders in its own presentation (website, social networks), unless the parties agree otherwise.
7.1 The Buyer must check the goods on receipt. Obvious defects must be reported without undue delay, and no later than 5 days after receipt.
7.2 Hidden defects are covered by statutory liability for defects.
7.3 A complaint does not cover:
7.4 The Seller will assess whether the complaint is justified and, if the defect is accepted, will put it right — by repair, by making a new piece, or by a price reduction.
8.1 Because the goods are made to order, the Buyer has no right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason (Section 1837(d) of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Czech Civil Code).
8.2 Unless the parties agree otherwise, the deposit paid is not refundable.
9.1 The Seller processes personal data only to the extent needed to handle the order.
9.2 The details are set out in the separate personal data processing policy.
10.1 All contractual relations are governed by the law of the Czech Republic.
10.2 The Seller reserves the right to change these terms and conditions; the current version is always published on the website.
