production process
Every project begins with an idea.
Once the graphic design and all details are approved, the production process begins.
1. Design Preparation
In our graphic studio, we convert the approved design into full-scale (1:1) patterns and prepare the colours for printing.
2. Printing
We print the designs onto transfer paper using large-format inkjet plotters.
3. Transfer to Fabric – Sublimation
Using a heat calender, the ink is transferred from the paper directly into the structure of the polyester fibres. The print is permanent; it will not crack or peel.
4. Cutting and Sewing
The printed fabric pieces are cut and sewn together to create the final product.
5. Quality Control and Dispatch
Every finished item undergoes a thorough final inspection before being shipped to the customer.
It starts with an idea.
And ends with an identity you can wear.
