Coolmax
Composition: 100% polyester (Coolmax®)

Top quality hi-tech material developed by DuPont. The knitt is made with a special multi-chamber microfiber, which increases its surface and thereby helps to improve the sweat transfer from the body than traditional polyesters. The jerseys made of this material are lightweight, breathable, quick-drying, insensitive to absorb odors and are very comfortable to wear. Coolmax keeps the body dry and cool even at high physical stress, prevents overheating of the body and helps to enhanced performance in sports. The material is used on sports jerseys for more demanding customers.

Functional and breathable material, excellent to draw excess moisture away from the skin. The knitt is from the back side brushed and has short-cropped hair (fleece structure), which adds to the finished material very good insulating properties. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for the production of warmed jerseys and the warmed functional clothing.

The rigit polyester knitt without membrane. The material has a very dense binding, thus naturally protects against wind. Because it does not contain the any membrane is significantly more permeable to perspiration and it's also lighter than the membrane laminates.The material is pleasant to the touch and is used to light jogging vests and jackets.
Montreal
Composition: 100% polyester, hydrophilic polyester membrane
Weight: 140 g/m2
Light material with a membrane, which helps to maintain a stable microclimate in windy warmer weather. Prevents blowing trought into the lower layers of clothing and subsequent cooling of the body. Material also has a high resistance to rain, it is flexible and breathable. The inner side of functional knitted fabric helps to quickly moisture tranfer from the body, it is soft, comfortable to wear and does not irritate the skin. The finished product is a little bulky, easy to prevail and stored. It is used for vests and lightweight jackets for the difficult climatic conditions.

The three-layer laminate membrane for active sports. The outer layer of material is to protect against rain. The central part of the laminate membrane prevents windproof and water leakage. The inner part of functional knitted fabric helps to quickly tranfear moisture away from the body. Thanks to its properties, the material protects the body against adverse weather conditions and prevents heat loss. While having sufficient permeability for moisture tranfer, it is lightweight and flexible enough thanks to the materials used on knitwear. It helps to maintain a stable microclimate between the skin and clothing, has a very good thermal insulation properties. The material is used for the upper layers of clothing for the difficult climatic conditions.

Membrane material for active sports at lower temperatures. It has the same properties as the material Hill light with the difference that the inner side is combed (fleece). This material has very good heat-insulating properties. A large amount of the air retain between the fibers, which is the best insulator. Thanks to the membrane material protects against wind, rain and cold, but still retains a very good breathability and partial elasticity. The material is used for the heated upper layers of clothing for the difficult climatic conditions.

Three-layer laminated flexible material with a membrane allowing sufficient freedom of movement during sports. It contains hydrophilic membrane based on Sympatex, which protects against moisture from the outside, but also allows transfer moisture away from the body. Thanks to the membrane material is also windproof, which you will appreciate especially in cold weather. Heat-insulating feature of the material also significantly helps inner fleece layer with a high pile. A large amount of the air retain between the fibers, which is an ideal insulator. Thus, the heat is maintained in the lower layers of clothing even in bad weather and doesn't come to unnecessary cooling of the body. The outer side of material is smooth so even the small details of print will excel. The material is used for the heated outerwear, eg. For softshell jackets, trousers and ski suits.
Ceylon
Composition: 80% polyamid, 20% elastane (Lycra)

Flexible smooth material with high content of elastane. The material is lightweight, breathable and pleasant to the touch. Thanks to its great flexibility surrounds the body and helps to quick moisture tranfer without sweat condensing on the skin. It is used not only for the production cycling jerseys, but also for running jerseys, athletics, and for the production of starting numbers. Thanks to smooth surface even the small details of print will excel.
Bike
Composition: 80% polyester, 20% elastane (Lycra)
Weight: 210 g/m2
Highly elastic material with a smooth texture, very pleasant to the touch. Excellent surrounds the body and due to improved compression properties of eliminating shocks in the muscles. The body therefore does not consume unnecessary energy to limiting these vibrations and can achieve higher performance. The material is durable and does not crease.
